Immigration Evaluations in Corpus Christi, Texas
Compassionate clinical evaluations that support your case and your story.
Do You Need a Clinical Immigration Evaluation?
Immigration cases can feel overwhelming, uncertain, and emotionally exhausting. If you have been asked to complete a psychological or clinical evaluation, you may feel nervous, confused, or unsure of what this process involves. You are not alone.
A clinical immigration evaluation provides professional mental health documentation that can support your case in court. These evaluations help show the emotional, psychological, and personal impact of your situation so that your experience is clearly understood.
How These Evaluations Can Help You
A clinical evaluation can make your case stronger by helping your attorney present accurate and meaningful information to the court. These evaluations often support cases such as:
• Extreme hardship waivers
• VAWA cases involving domestic violence
• Political asylum cases
• T visa cases for victims of forced labor
• U visa cases for victims of crime
Your story matters. A detailed evaluation allows your attorney to show the human side of your experience with clinical support.

What to Expect From the Evaluation Process
Step 1
Schedule a brief consultation
We will discuss your situation and determine what type of evaluation is needed for your case.
Step 2
Book your clinical evaluation
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total evaluation cost.
Step 3
Complete your background paperwork
Before your first session, you will complete a questionnaire. You will also be asked to sign a release form so I can communicate with your attorney when appropriate.
Step 4
Clinical interviews and testing
Session 1: A 1.5-hour clinical interview with diagnostic testing
Session 2: A 1.5-hour follow-up session with additional testing and possibly interviewing family members if needed
Session 3 (optional): Additional support sessions for emotional processing, referrals, or complex case needs
Final Psychological Report
After the interviews and assessments are complete, I prepare a detailed clinical report for your case. This report is sent to you and your attorney.
Most reports are completed within 3 to 4 weeks. If you need your report sooner, you can request expedited processing during your consultation. Please note that complex cases or unpaid balances may affect report timelines. You will be notified if any delays occur.
